Refund policy

At Scalp For Men (operated by M.GILC, SLU), we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If there is any issue with your order, we will help resolve it as quickly and transparently as possible.


1. Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products

We accept returns at no additional cost when:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • You have received an incorrect product.

In these cases, you have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to report the issue.

We will inform you of the steps to follow and, where applicable, provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.


2. 14-day right of withdrawal (European Union customers)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels attached

  • In the same condition as delivered

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or otherwise tampered with.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal.

3. Items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Products without their original packaging or with altered packaging.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance, unless defective.

  • Return requests submitted outside the established time limits.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, our team will inspect the product. You will be notified by email whether the refund has been approved or the request has been rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Return address

We will provide the exact return address once your return request has been approved.

Please do not send any packages without first receiving confirmation from our team.
