Shipping policy

At Scalp For Men (operated by M.GILC, SLU), we work to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping times, methods, and conditions.

1. Shipping areas

We ship to: Spain (excluding Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Czechia, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.

Although we currently ship only to these countries, we are continuously working to expand our delivery areas and reach as many countries as possible.


2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain and Portugal*: 48 business hours

  • Andorra: 72 business hours

  • Rest of the EU: 2 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, logistical issues, customs procedures, etc.).

*Excluding the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.


3. Shipping costs

Final shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before completing your order. These costs vary depending on the destination country and the autonomous community.


4. Order preparation

All orders are prepared within 24 business hours from payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number (if applicable)

  • Carrier information

You can check the status of your shipment at any time using the provided link.


6. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from:

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect details

  • Absence at the delivery address at the time of delivery

If a package is returned for any of these reasons, it may be reshipped, with reshipping costs borne by the customer.


7. Delivery issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If the package arrives damaged, opened, or shows signs of tampering, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse the delivery, or

  • Accept it while noting the issue with the delivery carrier, and

  • Notify us at devoluciones@scalpformen.com within a maximum of 48 hours

This will allow us to open a claim with the carrier and offer you a prompt solution.


8. International shipping

We currently ship to Spain (excluding Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Czechia, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.

Although shipping is currently limited to these destinations, we continue working to progressively expand our delivery areas and reach as many countries as possible.
